timingresolution <value> <unit>

Sets the minimum timing resolution. The smaller the value, the longer the scheduling process lasts and the more memory the application needs. The maximum value is 1 hour. The smallest value is 5 min. The default value depends on the difference between the user timezone and UTC. If the difference is multiples of 1 hour, it is set to 1 hour. If it is off by 30 minutes, the default value is 30 minutes. Otherwise, it is set to 15 minutes. Other differences to UTC are not supported.

This value is a pretty fundamental setting of TaskJuggler. It has a severe impact on memory usage and scheduling performance. You should set this value to the minimum required resolution. Make sure that all values that you specify are aligned with the resolution.

The timing resolution should be set prior to any value that represents a time value like now or workinghours.
