Specify the alert level for this entry. This attribute is intended to be used for status reporting. When used for a journal entry that is associated with a property, the value can be reported in the alert column. When multiple entries have been specified for the property, the entry with the date closest to the report end date will be used. Container properties will inherit the highest alert level of all its sub properties unless it has an own journal entry dated closer to the report end than all of its sub properties.

By default supported values are green, yellow and red. The default value is green. You can define your own levels with alertlevels.
