The TaskJuggler User ManualTaskJuggler comes with extensive user documentation. An online version can be found here. Local HelpThe same information that is available via the above link is also available locally. You can get the help directly in your shell tj3man <keyword> or in your browser tj3man --html <keyword> The latter defaults to using Firefox. Please see tj3man --help how to use a different browser. If you omit the keyword, you will either get a list of all keywords (shell) or the full user manual (browser). Source Code DocumentationThis is not something a normal user would want to read. But if you want to tweak TaskJuggler, the source code documentation is an excellent place to get started. TaskJuggler Workshop and Presentation SlidesIt usually takes no more than 2 to 3 hours to get productive with TaskJuggler. But for larger project plans some deeper knowledge of TaskJuggler can be helpful. Therefor, we have created a workshop that provides a training for people that are generally familiar with project management, but have no or little knowledge of TaskJuggler. It covers all basic and most advanced features and can be held in two 3 to 4 hour sessions. The workshop is a hands-on training and participants should have the latest stable TaskJuggler version available on their computers to complete the exercises. Please contact one of the developers if you are interested in such a workshop. A copy of the slides in Open Document Format or PDF is available. Please note that the workshop slides have not yet been adapted to TaskJuggler version 3. They are for TaskJuggler version 2 only! German speaking users may want to have a look at a presentation about TaskJuggler 3.x. |
